A server platform, an AI lab, and a written framework. They look unrelated. What connects them is that each one gets built in stages and written down as it goes, so someone who was not there can still follow it.
Playground
A private server platform built one layer at a time. Each layer has to be tested, written up, and proven to survive a reboot before the next one starts.

Nexus / Hermes
A private AI lab where the models run on my own hardware. I use it to find out what agents can safely do without a person watching, and where that line should sit.

A public, versioned framework for leaving one chapter and finding the next, written while it was happening and revised when reality disagreed.
